Brazilian engineer, Ricardo Azevedo, has developed a hydrogen-powered engine that has an external car battery and runs on water. Dubbed the “T Power H20,” it works by splitting H2O into hydrogen and oxygen and using the hydrogen as fuel; the resulting combustion moves the vehicle.
