Tropical Storm Emily to spark localized flooding, disruptions across Florida to end July

Tropical Depression Six was upgraded to Tropical Storm Emily at 7:45 a.m. EDT, Monday, July 31. “The good news is that Emily will quickly move into the Florida Peninsula on Monday, limiting its potential for further strengthening and the risk of damaging winds.”
