National Vaccination Program Won’t Be Impacted by Johnson & Johnson Vaccine Pause, Jeff Zients says | C-SPAN.org

White House COVID-19 Response Team Coordinator Jeff Zients says the country’s vaccination program will not be significantly impacted by the pause in administering the Johnson & Johnson vaccine because of six cases of severe reaction or blood clots. Mr. Zients says the Johnson & Johnson vaccine only makes up less than five percent of the 190 million vaccines being administered nationwide and that the White House will reach its goal of 200 million shots in the first 100 days.
